Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and BARRY STEWART ELECTRICAL LTD. when you access or use barryelec.shop.

1. Service

Barryelec provides an online-only digital workspace that turns user-provided household observations into draft records, professional question lists, photo checklists, and printable logs. We do not sell physical goods or provide shipping, on-site work, inspection, installation, repair, diagnosis, certification, or emergency service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep access links, devices, and billing emails secure.

3. User responsibility

You must review and correct all facts before relying on, storing, sharing, or publishing an output. You remain responsible for rights in your inputs, lawful use, local requirements, and the final decision to contact and follow an appropriately licensed professional.

4. Safety boundary

Outputs are drafts for record organisation and quote preparation. They must not be used as repair instructions, an inspection report, a safety certificate, a construction plan, insurance evidence, or emergency guidance. Stop using an area that appears unsafe and contact the appropriate local licensed professional or emergency service.

5. Plans, credits, and billing

Prices are displayed in USD. Ops and Team renew monthly until cancelled. Credits measure access to generation and export features; they are not money, cannot be transferred, and may expire with the applicable plan period. Taxes may be added where required. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel through a payment-provider link in the billing email or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current paid period unless the account is terminated for misuse.

7. Content and licence

You retain rights in lawful inputs. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive right to use generated outputs, subject to the Content License and third-party rights. Outputs may be similar to content generated for others and are not guaranteed to be unique.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, service quality, or feature improvement and will provide notice where required.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for non-payment, security threats, unlawful use, attempts to generate dangerous operational instructions, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular household condition, or professional acceptance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
