1. Your inputs

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant BARRY STEWART ELECTRICAL LTD. a limited, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transmit, format, and process the input only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibility for rights

You must have permission to submit descriptions, photographs, files, property information, and personal data. Do not submit third-party branding, protected characters, public figures, private correspondence, or restricted material unless you have a lawful basis and the service use is permitted.

3. Generated outputs

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use and edit generated records for your personal or internal business record-keeping and quote preparation. Outputs may not be unique, may contain errors, and may resemble independently generated material. You must review facts and rights before use.

4. Restricted uses

Do not use outputs to impersonate a person or organisation, misrepresent professional approval, create false safety evidence, infringe third-party rights, or support prohibited dangerous instructions. Do not remove notices that explain the AI and professional-service boundary when the context requires them.

5. Service materials

The website design, software, prompts, documentation, brand assets, and non-user content remain owned by or licensed to BARRY STEWART ELECTRICAL LTD.. No right is granted to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except where law expressly permits.

6. Reports

Send content-rights concerns to support@barryelec.shop with identification of the material, the right asserted, contact details, and a good-faith explanation.
