Acceptable Use

1. Permitted purpose

Use Barryelec to organise lawful household observations, maintenance histories, safe photo descriptions, questions for licensed professionals, and printable personal records.

2. No operational repair content

You must not request or use the service to generate operating, bypass, dismantling, testing, installation, or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, pressure, heating, water, drainage, or other hazardous systems.

3. No professional or emergency substitution

Do not present an output as a safety certification, inspection report, insurance assessment, construction plan, diagnosis, emergency response, or evidence that a property or system is safe. Contact an appropriately licensed local professional to confirm the actual issue and required action.

4. Safe observation only

Do not remove panels, guards, covers, fixtures, or seals; enter restricted spaces; touch exposed components; operate equipment that appears unsafe; or take photographs from an unsafe position in order to complete a record.

5. Rights and lawful content

Do not submit private information without permission, unlawful surveillance material, credentials, payment details, identity documents, third-party protected content, misleading impersonation, or content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

6. Platform integrity

Do not probe security, evade limits, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use generated content to deceive a professional, insurer, tenant, owner, or authority.

7. Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove content from systems we control, suspend access, preserve relevant security records, and report conduct where legally required. Questions may be sent to support@barryelec.shop.
